The fundamentals of athlete training is a class to ensure each athlete understands strength and speed movements fully while getting consistent coaching. This class is perfect for athletes ages 10 and up, who want to start training to learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of movements such as running, squatting, benching, and cleans. Teaching correct form is always our number one priority, with the goal for all athletes to have healthy and successful seasons. This is only possible with the right training!
