Types of Team Programming and Training

  • Programming - A specialized 12-week strength and conditioning program just for your team.

  • Coaching - This includes the program and one of our coaches leads the entire workout session. This can be either at PSP or at your school/facility.

  • Teaching - During the teaching a program will be written for your team and one of our coaches will guide the your coaches through the program during a 2-hour clinic.
